Full refund
Changed your mind, or a piece has a genuine defect? As long as it is unworn and in its unopened packaging, we give you a full refund. We cover the return shipping, so it costs you nothing.
Free replacement warranty
If a piece fails through a manufacturing defect, or if the gold PVD finish loses its colour, we replace it free for two years. Not a refund, a brand new piece sent to you.
What we cannot take back
Loss, breakage, and normal wear over time. And for hygiene reasons, we cannot accept back any jewelry that has been worn or whose packaging has been opened. This is standard across body jewelry.
Why we cannot take back worn jewelry
An Ashley sits inside your lip. Once a piece has been worn or its sealed packaging opened, it cannot be resold or returned to stock for hygiene and safety reasons, exactly as a piercing studio would tell you. This protects every customer, including you when you order. So please check your size before you wear it, and use the size guide if you are unsure.
Wrong size? Let us help before you wear it
If your piece has not been worn and is still in its unopened packaging, a size swap falls under our 30 day window. Even better, before it comes to that: email us a photo of your current jewelry and we will tell you exactly what length you are wearing, so you order right the first time.
How to start a return or claim
- Email contact@ashley-piercing.com with your order number.
- For a warranty claim, add a clear photo of the issue.
- We reply Monday to Saturday, usually within 24 hours, and send you a prepaid return label if a return is needed.
- Once your refund is approved, it goes back to your original payment method within a few business days.
We cover return shipping on eligible returns and warranty claims. You will never pay to send something back to us.
A quick word on our promise
We are specialists, not a marketplace. We would rather sort a sizing question in one email than have you unhappy with your piece. If anything about your order is not right, tell us, and we will make it right.
