Refund policy

We want you to love your Ashley. If something is not right, this policy explains how returns, refunds, and our warranty work. It applies to every order placed on ashley-piercing.com, operated by Tourismo LLC.

Your 30 day window

You have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return or a refund. To be eligible, the item must be unworn and in its original, unopened packaging, unless it is defective.

What can be returned

  • Unworn items in their original, unopened packaging, within 30 days, for a full refund.
  • Any item with a genuine manufacturing defect, covered by our warranty.

What cannot be returned

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept the return of jewelry that has been worn, or whose sealed packaging has been opened, unless the item is defective. An Ashley is worn inside the lip, so this restriction protects every customer and is standard across the body jewelry industry. We also cannot accept returns for loss, breakage, or normal wear over time.

Exchanges

Ordered the wrong size or finish? If the item is unworn and its packaging is unopened, contact us within 30 days and we will arrange an exchange. If you are unsure of your size before ordering, our size guide and our team can help you choose right the first time.

We cover return shipping

Return shipping is on us for all eligible returns and warranty claims. Once your return is approved, we will provide a prepaid return label or return instructions. You will never pay to send an eligible item back to us.

Our 2 year warranty

Every piece is covered for two years from the date of purchase against manufacturing defects and against the PVD gold finish losing its colour through normal wear. In these cases we send you a free replacement, rather than a refund. The warranty does not cover loss, breakage, accidental damage, or normal wear and tear.

How to start a return, exchange, or claim

  1. Email us at contact@ashley-piercing.com with your order number, and tell us whether you would like a refund or an exchange.
  2. For a defect or warranty claim, include a clear photo of the issue.
  3. We reply Monday to Saturday, usually within 24 hours, and send you the return label or instructions.
  4. Pack the item securely in its original packaging and send it back using the label or instructions we provide.

How refunds are issued

Once we receive and inspect your return, or approve your claim, we will confirm whether your refund is approved. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or card provider, it can take a few business days for the refund to appear after we process it. We do not charge any restocking fee.

Order cancellations

Because we ship within 24 hours, we can only cancel and fully refund an order if you contact us before it has shipped. Once an order is on its way, our standard return and refund process applies instead.
