Your order leaves the workshop within a day.

How long it takes

Orders leave the workshop within 24 hours. From there, delivery takes 4 to 7 business days in the United States and 4 to 7 business days everywhere else. You get a tracking number as soon as it ships.

Business days do not include weekends or public holidays. Very occasionally a parcel takes a little longer in transit, and if yours does, just email us and we will look into it with you.

There is no minimum order and no threshold to unlock. Whether you buy one stud or a full set, shipping is on us, worldwide.

We cover customs and duties

If you order from outside the United States, you will not be asked to pay import fees when your parcel arrives. We handle customs and duties so the price you see at checkout is the price you pay, full stop.

Why it is free

We work directly with the workshop that makes our titanium, with no warehouse and no middleman in between. That is how we keep prices close to the source and hand you free shipping instead of padding the cost of the jewelry.

How it arrives

Every piece comes in a gift box, ready to give or to keep. Your tracking number lets you follow the parcel from the moment it ships to the moment it lands.

Once your order ships, the delivery time is in the carrier's hands. If anything looks stuck or your tracking stops updating, email us at contact@ashley-piercing.com and we will chase it for you.

Wrong address or need to change your order?

Because we ship within 24 hours, tell us as fast as you can. Email contact@ashley-piercing.com with your order number and we will do everything we can before it leaves. Once a parcel is on its way, we cannot change its address.
