These Conditions of Sale govern the purchase of products on ashley-piercing.com, operated by Tourismo LLC. They apply to every order. By placing an order, you accept these Conditions, together with our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, Refund Policy, and Return Policy.

Our products

We sell titanium body jewelry made for the Ashley lip piercing. We describe and photograph our products as accurately as we can, though screens can display colours differently and photos are illustrative.

Prices

All prices are shown in US dollars (USD). Prices may change at any time before you place an order, but changes do not affect an order we have already accepted. We reserve the right to correct any obvious pricing error.

How your order is formed

When you place an order, you are making an offer to buy. We confirm receipt of your order by email, which does not by itself mean we have accepted it. Our acceptance takes place when we dispatch your order, at which point a contract is formed between you and Tourismo LLC. We may decline or cancel an order, for example if an item is unavailable, if there is a pricing error, or if we suspect fraud, in which case we refund you in full.

Payment

Payment is taken when you place your order, through our secure payment provider. Accepted payment methods are listed on our Payment Methods page.

Delivery

We ship worldwide, free, with customs and duties covered. Delivery times and conditions are set out in our Shipping Policy.

Your right to cancel and return

You may return an unworn item in its unopened packaging within 30 days for a refund, and defective items are covered by our warranty. This meets or exceeds the statutory cancellation rights that may apply in your country, including the right of withdrawal for consumers in the European Union and United Kingdom. Warranty and your legal rights

Every piece is covered by our 2 year replacement warranty against manufacturing defects and PVD colour loss, as described in our Refund Policy. This warranty is in addition to, and does not affect, any statutory guarantee or consumer rights you have under the law of your country.
