These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of ashley-piercing.com and any purchase you make from it. The store is operated by Tourismo LLC ("we", "us", "our"). By using our site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Eligibility

You must be at least the age of majority in your place of residence, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to place an order. Our store is not intended for children under 16.

Products, descriptions, and pricing

We do our best to describe our products and show their colours accurately, but we cannot guarantee that your screen displays colours exactly, and product photos are illustrative. All prices are shown in US dollars and may change at any time before you order. We reserve the right to correct any errors in pricing or descriptions and to limit quantities.

Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. We may accept or decline it, and we may cancel an order after it is placed, for example if an item is unavailable, if we suspect fraud, or if there was an error in the listing. If we cancel an order you have paid for, we will refund you in full.

Payment

Payment is taken at checkout and processed securely by our third party payment provider. By placing an order, you confirm that the payment method used is yours and that you are authorised to use it.

Shipping and delivery

We offer free worldwide shipping and cover customs and import duties. Delivery times shown on the site are estimates, not guarantees, and once an order is handed to the carrier, delivery is in their hands. Please see our Shipping policy for details. Risk of loss passes to you on delivery.

Returns, refunds, and warranty

Returns, refunds, and our 2 year replacement warranty are described in full in our Refund policy, which forms part of these Terms.

Jewelry, not medical advice

We sell body jewelry. We are not medical professionals, and nothing on our site, including our guides and product pages, is medical advice. For anything relating to getting pierced, healing, aftercare, or a reaction, follow a qualified professional piercer and, where needed, a doctor. You are responsible for choosing the right size and for wearing your jewelry appropriately.

Intellectual property

All content on this site, including text, images, graphics, logos, and the overall design, is owned by Tourismo LLC or used with permission, and is protected by law. You may not copy, reproduce, or use it for commercial purposes without our written consent.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use the site for any unlawful purpose, not to interfere with its operation or security, and not to attempt to access it in any way other than through the interface we provide.

Third party links

Our site may link to third party websites or services that we do not control. We are not responsible for their content or practices, and linking to them does not mean we endorse them.

Disclaimer of warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tourismo LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or products. Where we are found liable, our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid for the order in question.
