This Shipping Policy explains where we ship, what it costs, how long it takes, and what happens if something goes wrong in transit. It applies to every order placed on ashley-piercing.com, operated by Tourismo LLC.

Where we ship

We ship worldwide.

Shipping cost

Shipping is free on every order, worldwide, with no minimum spend.

Customs and import duties

We cover customs and import duties. If you order from outside the United States, you will not be asked to pay additional import fees when your parcel arrives. The price you pay at checkout is the final price.

Processing time

Orders are processed and handed to the carrier within 24 hours of being placed.

Delivery times

After dispatch, estimated delivery times are:

  • United States: 4 to 7 business days
  • Rest of the world: 4 to 7 business days

Business days exclude weekends and public holidays. These times are estimates, not guarantees. Once an order has been handed to the carrier, delivery is in their hands, and occasional delays can happen, for example during peak periods or due to customs processing.

Tracking

Every order ships with a tracking number, so you can follow your parcel from dispatch to delivery. If your tracking stops updating or your parcel seems stuck, email us and we will look into it with you.

Packaging

Every order arrives in a gift box, ready to give or to keep.

Address accuracy and changes

Please check your shipping address carefully at checkout. Because we ship within 24 hours, contact us as soon as possible if you need to correct it. Once an order has been dispatched, we cannot change its delivery address. We are not responsible for orders delayed or lost due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout.

Lost, delayed, or undelivered parcels

If your parcel is significantly delayed, appears lost, or is returned to us as undeliverable, email us at contact@ashley-piercing.com with your order number. We will work with you to resolve it, whether that means locating the parcel, resending your order, or arranging a refund in line with our Return and refund policy.

Risk of loss

Risk of loss for items passes to you upon delivery.
